Last night Will & Brody Lines were going to head out and go snake hunting for fun last night. Shortly after they left Will opens our front door and says, "hurry come and look what was on the side yard!". Calvin & I run over to the door and here's Brody holding this huge frog!!! Wouldn't you know that thing jumped out of his hand and headed straight for the house!!! I jumped/ran/screamed so fast & loud that I pulled a muscle in my leg, obviously I'm not as athletic as I'd like to be or calm. Luckily he caught it before it actually came in the door but Calvin & I had a heart attack. I probably scared Calvin more than the frog did. :o) Here are the pictures I was able to snap off before it quickly took off to our side yard where we have a little swamp going from all of the rains we've received lately. Who knew HUGE frogs lived in the desert????? GROSS but they do eat bugs so I guess he can stay. :O)

We had one of those outside our garage last year! I thought it was cool and took pictures too haha. In the morning all that was left was a little frog poop lol
Yuk~ ther were frogs everywhere at Roosevelt. I'll post pics on the kids blog! Love the mud pics too, holy cow I would freak cleaning those clothes up though. Sorry conversation was short the other day but wanted to say HI!! love ya.

Gross frogs...well, actually kind of cool. You know how much I loved catching those slimy things and throwing them on you. Those are pretty huge. I saw a snake in my garden two days ago. Scared the pants off me. Playing in the mud pit reminded me of playing in the Guadelupe River in Texas. Looks like the boys had a little more fun then the girly girls! Anyway, love ya and keep up the posts!
