1 - Maricopa's 5th Annual Salsa Festival is today Saturday, April 25th at Pacana Park at 5pm and is FREE. There are shuttles running from most schools so we are meeting several friends at Maricopa Elementary School on Alterra Parkway at 4:30pm to head over. It's from 5pm to 10pm with shuttles running every 30 minutes or less. They will have over 55 salsas & 50, 000 bags of chips free to sample and lots of other good food. They have a HUGE kids zone that has bounce houses, 20 foot slide, carnival type games, relays, performances, free snow cones, business area, salsa dancing, bands all day and so much more. A celebrity judge from the Food Network will be there Ingrid Hoffman. Anyways should be super fun! Gather up your family and meet us at MES at 4:30pm it will be a blast! To ride the shuttle for free just bring two cans of food! Everything else is free except for the items you can purchase such as drinks & BBQ food etc. Here's the link http://www.maricopasalsafestival.com/events/

2 - Does anyone have a plastic/vinyl check book cover for duplicate checks I can buy from them? I can't find one anywhere and they don't come when you order checks anymore! I will pay you I just need one to fit in my leather tri fold wallet. :o)

Hey crzy lady! I work at a credit union! We have a slew of them and nobody ever asks for them. You have your choice of black, blue, green, or maroon...for free! I'll even bring you two!
Yeah, every bank/credit union carries them and they typically give them out free to account holders. There's no sense in buying one when you can get it for free.
Leslie, I sent you an invite to my private blog awhile ago to your GotGilbert email...did you get it? If not, email me your correct email address and I'll resend it!
BLYB,
JEnnie N.
