Calvin, Adia, McKenna, Grammy and KyahWent well and she is home now recovering. Today is her 50th birthday and she can actually talk as we weren't sure if her vocal cords & box would be damaged from the surgery but they are not. She is doing better than expected and we are so grateful. She might be in a bit more pain today than before because she's not on morphine anymore. Her head & neck are very sore of course and she has some bruising, but overall she looks great for just having that scary procedure! She's got a long recovery 2-3 months before she can turn her head or drive but she's a trooper. So if you want to give her a ring today I think she'd enjoy it. I love you Mom & Happy 50th!!!
